B. Media Content & Uploaded Assets
When you submit video files or image frames to our AI processing workspace, we temporarily upload and store these media assets strictly for the purpose of executing your requested object removal, watermark erasure, or subtitle inpainting tasks.
C. Usage & Analytical Data
We automatically collect standard diagnostic data including device type, operating system, browser version, IP address, page views, and API request logs to ensure system performance, security monitoring, and service optimization.
3. Media Data Protection & Automatic Retention
Strict Media Confidentiality Guarantee
Your private uploaded videos belong strictly to you. We NEVER sell, publish, share, or use your private video uploads or generated outputs to train public models without your explicit opt-in consent.
- Encryption in Transit & at Rest: All file transfers occur over TLS 1.3 encrypted HTTPS tunnels and are stored in encrypted cloud storage buckets (Cloudflare R2 / S3-compatible cloud storage).
- Automatic Purging: Input media files and intermediate mask frames are automatically purged after task completion or within 7 days, unless kept in your active history workspace.
- Access Controls: Server-side worker nodes process frames in isolated container instances with zero human inspection of your raw content unless explicitly requested for customer support assistance.
4. How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, and render our AI video object erasing features.
- To process user credit balances, manage subscription tiers, and process transactions.
- To send essential transactional notifications, billing invoices, and account security updates.
