1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VisioErase regarding your access to and use of our web application at visioerase.com and associated AI video object removal tools, APIs, and rendering engines.

By creating an account, buying processing credits, uploading video assets, or using any feature of VisioErase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VisioErase provides enterprise-grade AI-powered video object removal, text/subtitle erasing, watermark removal, and video inpainting services using distributed GPU infrastructure and temporal-consistent neural network architectures (including DiffuEraser models).

We continuously update and optimize our algorithms, worker nodes, and interface. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or upgrade aspects of the service with or without prior notice.

3. User Accounts, Credits & Billing

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account authentication tokens and credentials.
• Credits & Metered Usage: Video processing tasks consume credits based on video duration, resolution (720p, 1080p, 4K), and rendering model complexity.
• Purchases & Subscriptions: Credit packs and subscriptions purchased are credited to your VisioErase balance immediately upon payment verification.
• Refund Policy: If a video task fails due to a system GPU error or worker failure, your credits are automatically refunded. Unused purchased credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if no video processing jobs have been executed.

4. Content Ownership & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use VisioErase to:

• Upload, process, or distribute illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or non-consensual media.
• Infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights without proper authorization or fair use rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or exploit the VisioErase platform, worker APIs, or credit system.
• Bypass rate limits, attempt distributed denial of service attacks, or abuse GPU cluster resources.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, UI design, branding, trademarks, logos, code, algorithms, and documentation comprising VisioErase are the exclusive property of VisioErase and its licensors. Except for the license granted to use the service, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

VisioErase is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and high visual accuracy in object removal, we do not guarantee that AI outputs will meet every subjective aesthetic requirement for every video condition.

In no event shall VisioErase or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the service.
